'i-safe' mobile application helps you generate OTP instantly on your mobile phone. It provides, easy access to Internet Banking account for frequent travellers since OTP can be generated without the registered mobile number being active.

To activate 'i-safe' mobile application and to generate OTP, you will require internet connection on your mobile phone. However, to use it subsequently to generate OTP you do not require internet connection.

Since e-mail to activate 'i-safe' mobile application is sent to the e-mail ID registered in your account, it is mandatory that your latest e-mail ID is updated in your bank account for i-safe mobile application registration.

The 'i-safe' mobile application can be used to generate OTP. OTP is required to add a new Payee and to confirm an added Payee for transfer of funds.

Option to deactivate 'i-safe' mobile application is available in the 'i-safe' tab on logging into your Corporate Internet Banking account. Once this facility is deactivated, you will not receive OTPs. You will have to again activate the I-safe application on your new mobile handset.
